Newton Close Farm

We are a family run, purpose built Livery yard deep within the countryside in the quiet village called Newton Regis (near to M42 Junction 11) on the Warwickshire & Staffordshire border. We have an abundance of quiet hacking options that surrounds the premises. We have a Monarch American barn style which comprises of 11 12ft x 12ft internal stables with rubber matting, they are light & airy & all have individual windows, so offer fantastic ventilation, we also offer 8 well sized external stables with rubber matting & 3 mother/foal stables. we have an indoor school 20ft x 40ft & a super sized outdoor arena, along with an internal Monarch horse walker & wash box plus many other well-maintained facilities.

We have a wide variety of paddocks at Newton close Farm. They range from a small starvation paddock / rehabilitation paddock to paddocks suitable for 2 or 3 horses if owners want their horses to live in a small herd.

All our paddocks offer post & rail security with electric fencing & we offer individual paddocks or a shared paddock for 2 horses.

All paddocks have a surfaced track to the gateway, a rubber mains water trough and trees to provide shelter in the winter and shade in the summer (many also have a hedge to provide additional protection).
